When advised by one of our support team download the FaStTech Solutions support tool.
You can follow along with the instructions for your particular web browser by selecting the appropriate tab below.

Instructions


(Choose your web browser)
  1. Click Here to Download the Remote Support Tool.


  2. Click Run


  3. Click Run to 'Open File - Security Warning'


  4. Click Yes to 'User account Control'


  5. Communicate the ID to our technician


  6. Communicate the Password to our technician


  7. The remote session can now commence

 

  1. Click Here to Download the Remote Support Tool.


  2. Click Save File


  3. Click Downloads Icon


  4. Click FaStTech_Support.exe


  5. Click Run to 'Open File - Security Warning'


  6. Click Yes to 'User account Control'


  7. Communicate the ID to our technician


  8. Communicate the Password to our technician


  9. The remote session can now commence

 

  1. Click Here to Download the Remote Support Tool.

  3. Click Run to 'Open File - Security Warning'
